Registration Checklist

Use this checklist to review the information that you need to register for an AEPA paper-based test.

1. Review your registration options.

2. Gather the personal information you need to register.
When you create an account or register for the AEPA, you will be asked to provide the following information:
  • Name
  • Address
  • Daytime telephone number (required for Internet registration)
  • Social security number (required for Internet registration and to access your scores on the Internet)
  • Date of birth (required to access your scores online)
  • E-mail address (required for Internet registration)
  • Ethnicity (optional)
  • Gender (optional)
3. Review the background questions.
When you register for the AEPA, you will be asked to answer some background questions. Refer to "Background Questions" to prepare answers to the questions you will be asked during registration.
4. Review the Rules of Test Participation for Paper-Based Testing.
Before you register, you must read and agree to abide by the policies stated in "Compliance with Testing Rules for Paper-Based Testing," including the Rules of Test Participation for Paper-Based Testing, and all procedures and policies contained in the 2011–2012 AEPA Registration Bulletin.
